We will not share your consent to receive SMS messaging with any third parties or affiliates. This means that when you consent to receiving SMS messages from us, this will not automatically opt you into receiving SMS messaging from any other company.

Membership and sponsorship information may also be handled through our member portal provider so that we can manage your account and benefits.

SMS messaging

We will only send you SMS messages if you consent to us doing so. We obtain SMS consent through opt-in on our forms or opt-in messages when you subscribe to receive text messages. If you opt in, we may send you conversational, informational, and promotional messages about the Legacy Club:

  • Informational messages — game-day details, event reminders, membership or sponsorship updates, and schedule changes. Example: “Pirate Football Legacy Club: reminder that the sponsor breakfast is Saturday at 9:00 AM at PCHS. Reply STOP to opt out.”
  • Promotional messages — membership drives, sponsorship opportunities, fundraisers, and Pirate Shop news.
  • Conversational messages — one-to-one replies when you contact us with a question about joining, sponsoring, or supporting the program.

Messaging frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying “STOP” or “UNSUBSCRIBE,” or by emailing us at PCHSLEGACYCLUB@GMAIL.COM. After you opt out you will receive a confirmation message and no further texts. To re-subscribe, reply “START,” re-enroll through the Website, or contact us.
